Director of PT Kagumi Agro Teknologi Indonesia, Fadli, together with the founder of Kagumi Agro Machinery Trading Sdn Bhd Malaysia, conducted an official visit to Shandong Rippa Machinery Group Co., Ltd in Jining, China.
The visit was part of an end-of-year bilateral working meeting between the Indonesian–Malaysian companies and the Chinese manufacturer, aimed at strengthening cross-country industrial cooperation.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Yan Huaiguo, CEO of Shandong Rippa Machinery Group Co., Ltd., who personally invited Fadli and his team to tour the factory and observe the production process of RIPPA mini excavators firsthand.
“I am very proud and pleased to welcome partners from Indonesia and Malaysia to our factory. This visit reflects their strong commitment to continuously improving product quality and customer service,” said Yan Huaiguo on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
Meanwhile, Director Fadli stated that this was his first visit to the RIPPA mini excavator manufacturing facility since officially marketing the brand over the past eight months. The visit aimed to directly verify the production process and the availability of spare parts.
“This is my first time visiting the mini excavator factory whose products I have been distributing for the last eight months. I want to ensure that the production process meets standards and that spare parts are readily available and easily accessible,” Fadli explained.
During the visit, Fadli—also widely known as Fadil—carefully observed the assembly process and the materials used, which he assessed as being of high quality.
“By witnessing the production process directly, we can confidently ensure that the RIPPA products we distribute meet high quality standards and truly fulfill customer needs. We do not focus solely on sales, but also on the added value we deliver. RIPPA products are designed to enhance productivity and operational efficiency in the field, enabling customers to achieve their business goals more effectively,” he said.
Fadli further emphasized that the visit was part of his company’s broader strategy to continuously improve both product quality and customer service.

He also confirmed that he had personally reviewed every stage of the mini excavator manufacturing process in China, from assembly and durability testing to the completeness and quality of spare parts.
